Dr. Kevin Wheeler is a Houston native and grew up in Katy.
He owns two Blue Heelers, Reagan and Dixie as well as a Black Lab named Mia.
Dr. Wheeler attended Oklahoma State University undergraduate school as well as Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine.
